I don't know why my husband loves so much pasta without dressing... I can eat pasta with only olive oil for few days but sometimes I have to change and mix pasta with something tasty.
Oggi mi avevo il salmone in frigo, solitamente lo mangio in insalata con i finocchi ma oggi no, ci ho condito la pasta! E' un piatto semplicissimo ma quasi sempre si fa la pasta panna e salmone, io la volevo meno pesante perciò ho sostituito la panna alla robiola.

50 gr di salmone
q.b. cipolla, olio, pepe
Today I'd salmon in the fridge, usually eat a fennel salad with smoked salmon but not today, I've topped the pasta! It 'a simple dish usaually is used cream, I wanted a lighter and healthier pasta so I replaced cream with Robiola an Italian soft cheese.
1 robiola, Italian soft cheese
50 gr smoked salmon
e.q. onion, oliive oil, pepper
Boil pasta in salted water, meanwhile brown some onion with a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, add salmon, soft cheese and melt with 2 tablespoon of pasta water.
Serve with a sprinkling of black pepper.
